The ICT Engineer is part of a small team of four. The team is responsible for the ICT infrastructure of the organization and shares different tasks and responsibilities. It delivers support to our employees in the Netherlands and in our African offices, we install and maintain applications while keeping our platform secure. Our IT environment is a complex but interesting mix between on-premises AD and Azure with some 700 users. The position performs multiple tasks ranging from end-user support, account management, system administration, installing server software, securing our servers and Azure platform, automate (using PowerShell), work with databases and update servers and applications.
For this position it is a requirement to be service minded and to have good communication skills. You enjoy solving complex problems but do not walk away from fixing a printer or helping an end-user with an Office related issue.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor (HBO) degree.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Strong personality, good communications skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure, Office 365 and Active Directory is required.
- Knowledge of MS SQL, PowerBI, PowerShell, AD Connect, GDPR and Linux.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English.
- Command of Dutch is preferred.
- Must have unrestricted right to work in the Netherlands.
PharmAccess offers an excellent job opportunity in a dynamic international environment with solid working conditions and a branch conform salary. The position of ICT Engineer is a fulltime position for an initial period of one year with the intention to extend the contract. PharmAccess has a fulltime workweek of 40 hours, a collective pension scheme and a collective health insurance. We offer 25 vacation days a year based on a fulltime employment agreement.
