We also believe it is important to inform you about how we will use your personal data. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data of job applicants processed by PharmAccess Group or its affiliates in connection with the PharmAccess Group recruitment process. Such data are processed under the responsibility of the local PharmAccess Group entity, with its principle offices at Paasheuvelweg 25, 1105 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

About recruitment process
You may apply for a position within PharmAccess Group anywhere in the world via an online recruitment application system or by directly sending your CV and letter of application. Via the use of this application or when applying directly, you may provide personal data to PharmAccess Group in connection with the recruiting process. PharmAccess Group and our affiliates may process personal data for recruitment purposes including organizing selection procedures and managing applications. We may also look into personal data from social networks (such as LinkedIn) for checking if the provided qualifications of potential candidates is accurate.

Type of data we collect
When you interact with PharmAccess Group in connection with the recruitment process, we may ask or receive certain personal data, including, but not limited to:

• Personal data allowing identification of a candidate and practical organization: first name, surname, address and country of residence, email address, telephone number.
• Personal data allowing the verification of the eligibility and selection criteria as laid down in the vacancy notices: education and training (diploma awarded), professional experience (job title, length, company name, company type and web address of company (optional), main tasks and responsibilities), linguistic and job-related skills and competencies and areas of interest.
• In addition, we may ask for information such as gender for the purposes of monitoring equal opportunity.

Third parties
Your personal data may be processed and stored by PharmAccess Group trusted third party partners involved in providing and facilitating the recruitment process, such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing and other services. Any other disclosures to third parties will only be made when required by law.

PharmAccess Group requires these third parties to provide a comparable level of protection to your personal data as PharmAccess Group provides, to keep your personal data confidential, to only process your personal data for the purposes for which it was disclosed and to only access the minimum amount of data they need to deliver a specific service related to the recruitment process.

Transfers
Your personal data may be processed and transferred to countries outside of your country or jurisdiction during the recruitment process. These countries or jurisdictions may not have similar data protection laws. If PharmAccess Group transfers your data or allows a third party to transfer your personal data, we will take steps to protect your privacy rights through the use of contractual arrangements or other means, which will provide a comparable level of protection to your personal data as PharmAccess Group provides, while the information is being processed by our third parties.

Data Retention
PharmAccess Group will take reasonable steps to ensure that we retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Application letters and CV’s are retained for a maximum of 4 weeks after having finalized the recruitment process in relation to which they were received. If the applicant provides consent, these documents shall be retained for a maximum of 1 year.

PharmAccess Group recognizes its responsibility to protect the information you entrust to us. PharmAccess Group maintains, and requires its third-party partners to maintain technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

PharmAccess Group has several security measures in place protecting its systems and data. Multiple layers of security controls protect access to data, including physical and network security, firewalls and intrusion protection systems.
